Federally Funded Contracts. If the contractor will be paid by Montclair using federal funds, contractor and its subcontractor(s) shall abide by the requirements of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a). These regulations prohibit discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities, and prohibit discrimination against all individuals based on their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin. Moreover, these regulations require that prime contractors and subcontractors take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status. To the extent applicable, Contractor shall also comply with the Rider for Purchases Funded, in Whole or Part, by Federal Funds which is incorporated by reference as if fully restated herein and can be found on the Montclair Procurement webpage at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/procurement/forms/. Federally Funded Contracts. COUNTY will inform CONTRACTOR of any changes related to funding sources in this agreement as a result of COUNTY’s Quarterly funding reviews. If changes are needed to reflect updated Federal Funding, this Exhibit is subject to modification with written approval of the County Contract Administrator and the Revenue and Budget Manager, and CONTRACTOR will receive the updated Exhibit.
Federally Funded Contracts. If this Agreement is funded, in whole or in part, by the Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”), the Contractor must comply with the EPA’s Disadvantaged Business Program.

Federally Funded Contracts. If applicable, providers that are subrecipients of federal grant funds must complete Exhibit G, 2 C.F.R. 200 Part F Single Audit Certification Form. In addition, providers that are subrecipients of federal grant funds must remain in good standing with all applicable requirements under 2 C.F.R. Part 200 and notify the Contract Manager of any changes to their status on the Federal Government’s Excluded Parties List System within forty-eight (48) hours after notice.
