Common use of Services to be Furnished Clause in Contracts

Services to be Furnished. Subject to such policy direction and approvals as the CITY through its staff may determine from time to time, CONSULTANT shall perform the services set forth in the "Scope of Services" attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. CONSULTANT shall devote such services pursuant to this Agreement as may be reasonably necessary for satisfactory performance of CONSULTANT’s obligations pursuant to this Agreement. CONSULTANT shall adhere to the Schedule of Activities as attached hereto as Exhibit B.
