SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE PROVIDER. 4.1 The Parties acknowledge that the Provider hereby agrees to make available and deliver Flexibility Services at the Zone in accordance with the terms of this Contract. 4.2 The Provider shall provide the Flexibility Services to the Company using the Flexible Unit(s) in accordance with Schedule Two and as otherwise provided in this Contract.
