Services Variable In Scope and Volume. The Services are variable in scope and volume to the extent specified in the pricing mechanisms set forth in Schedule C (Charges) and its Exhibits, or as may otherwise be set forth in this Agreement. Vendor shall not be entitled to receive an adjustment to the Charges except as set forth in this Agreement.
