Common use of Servicing Compensation and Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Servicing Compensation and Reimbursement. (a) With respect to each Distribution Date, the Master Servicer shall be entitled to retain or withdraw from the Collection Account an amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Servicing Fee with respect to each Qualified Loan only out of the interest portion of amounts collected by the Master Servicer with respect to such Qualified Loan. (b) Additional servicing compensation in the form of assumption fees, and all other customary and ancillary income and fees shall be retained by the Master Servicer to the extent not required to be deposited in the Collection Account pursuant to Section 5.02. The Master Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its servicing activities hereunder and shall not be entitled to reimbursement therefor except that the Master Servicer is entitled to reimbursement for all Servicing Advances and as otherwise provided in this Master Agreement, including but not limited to Section 5.14(a).

The Master Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its servicing activities hereunder and shall not be entitled to reimbursement therefor except that the Master Servicer is entitled to reimbursement for all Servicing Advances and as otherwise provided in this Master Agreement, including but not limited to Section 5.14(a)Agreement or any Issue Supplement.
