Common use of Servicing Compliance Review Clause in Contracts

Servicing Compliance Review. Promptly upon receipt from each Servicer of its annual statement of compliance and accountant's report described in the applicable Step 2 Assignment Agreement the Master Servicer shall furnish a copy thereof to the Depositor. Promptly after the Depositor's receipt thereof, the Depositor shall review the same and, if applicable, consult with such Servicer as to the nature of any defaults by such Servicer in the fulfillment of any of its Servicer's obligations under the applicable Servicing Agreement.
