Common use of Servicing Fees, Special Servicer Compensation and Trust Advisor Fees Clause in Contracts

Servicing Fees, Special Servicer Compensation and Trust Advisor Fees. to pay to itself the Master Servicing Fee, subject to reduction for any Compensating Interest, to pay to the Special Servicer the Special Servicing Fee and the Workout Fee and to pay to the Trust Advisor the Trust Advisor Fee (exclusive of any TA Unused Fees);
