Session Cancellation Policy. Members must cancel online or email cancellations to ▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ at least 12 hours in advance of a class and 24 hours in advance of a private session to avoid being charged for the session. If you discuss the cancellation with us verbally in the studio, please email to confirm.
Session Cancellation Policy. Client understands that Two Buntings is committing to time and resources once each session is scheduled. Therefore, Client agrees that all cancellations require 24-hour notice to Two Buntings and are subject to the following rules:
1. For the first two cancellations, Two Buntings will waive the portion of the Fee attributable to those sessions.
2. For the third cancellation and all subsequent cancellations, Client shall pay 50% of the Fee attributable to each cancelled session, in addition to the full Fee attributable to the re-scheduled session.
3. For all cancellations within 24-hours, Client shall pay the entire Fee due and payable for that session to Two Buntings, in addition to the full Fee attributable to the re-scheduled session.
Session Cancellation Policy. Classes may be canceled by Catala FC Miami only in cases of major storms involving lightning or heavy rain. The Company will notify participants of any cancellations and inform whether the session will be rescheduled.
Session Cancellation Policy. My time and your time are valuable. Cancelled appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If emergencies lead to a cancellation, Coach ▇▇▇ will strive to find another time that works for the client, if at all possible. This is not guaranteed, but every effort will be made to find a time that works without sacrificing a session.
