Sessional Instructional Assistants. Effective September 1, 2014 the minimum hourly rate shall be: $42.47 Effective September 1, 2015 the minimum hourly rate shall be: $42.68 Effective January 1, 2016 the minimum hourly rate shall be: $42.89 Effective September 1, 2016 the minimum hourly rate shall be: $43.10 Effective January 1, 2017 the minimum hourly rate shall be: $43.43 The rate of pay for Sessional Instructional Assistants shall include an additional 4% as vacation pay, payable with each pay.
