Common use of Settlement Accounts Clause in Contracts

Settlement Accounts. Customer shall be required to maintain a Settlement Account at Bank, to which the Payments shall be credited, and shall submit all forms and documents, including but not limited to, signature cards, partnership agreements, and resolutions, as required by Bank in conjunction with this Xxxxxx Express Service. Each Settlement Account shall be subject to the Bank’s rules, regulations and fees. Bank is not obligated to process any Payments until the appropriate Settlement Account has been established.
