Beginning one week after the deadline to provide notices under Section 4, the Settlement Administrator shall provide weeklyweekly reports to Defendant’s Counsel and Settlement Class Counsel concerning the Claim Forms received during the prior week and the amount claimed to date. The report shall also identify the number of valid requests for exclusions received and transmit any received objections to counsel.
