Common use of Settlement Administrator Interim Reports Clause in Contracts

Settlement Administrator Interim Reports. Beginning one week after the deadline to provide notices under Section 4, the Settlement Administrator shall provide weekly reports to AAG’s Counsel and Settlement Class Counsel concerning the Claim Forms received during the prior week and the amount claimed to date. The report shall also identify the number of valid requests for exclusions received (see Section 6.2, infra) and transmit any received objections (see Section 6.1, infra) to counsel.
