By being in agreement with the entirety of this document, their organization is requested to help develop and sign a binding settlement agreement not later than 9/15/03 that will convert this consensus agreement into a binding contract, subject to any changes, addition of details and terms and conditions as may be determined necessary by consensus of the parties signing the settlement agreement.
