Settlement Benefits Available to Settlement Class Members. In order to qualify for a benefit under this Settlement, Settlement Class Members must timely submit a completed Claim Form attached as Exhibit A. This can be done on the applicable Settlement Website or by mail by the Claim Deadline. In consideration of the Settlement and Release given herein, Viridian will make one (1) of the following benefits available to each Settlement Class Member who submits a Valid Claim for each gas and/or electric Account:
