Common use of Settlement/Custodial Event Clause in Contracts

Settlement/Custodial Event. if specified as applicable, a Settlement/Custodial Event, the Issuer will give a Notice of Redemption and will redeem all of the Notes at their Mandatory Redemption Amount on the Mandatory Redemption Date provided that, if the Calculation Agent determines that the Notes cannot be redeemed at their Mandatory Redemption Amount as a result of such Settlement/Custodial Event, then the Settlement/Custodial Event Settlement shall apply;
