Settlement Date Procedure - Reinvestment Period. On the twentieth (20th) day of each calendar month (commencing in August, 2005), or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day (each, a "Settlement Date") prior to the Termination Date, the Servicer shall transfer from the Collection Account all Available Funds, and shall apply such amount in the following order:
