Settlement for monthly auctions. After the results of monthly auctions have been published, the Auction Operator shall issue a pro forma invoice to the Auction Participant namely for the entire allocated period. Liabilities arising from allocated monthly capacities need to be settled by the Auction Participants within the set deadline and in the amount defined on the pro forma invoice, namely by remitting the outstanding amount onto the Auction Operator’s bank account. Payment deadline is set not later than two (2) Working Days before date of publication of Auc- tion Specification for Daily auction referred to the same month of the not settled Monthly PTRs. ELES shall issue the invoice for allocated monthly PTRs two (2) Working Days after the pro forma invoice is paid by the Auction Participant the latest. In the event an Auction Participant fails to settle their liabilities within the set deadline, the en- tire transfer capacity allocated at the auction on the basis of which the pro forma invoice is is- sued, is deemed as unallocated and the Auction Operator shall offer such transfer capacity at future auctions.

  • Payment for TIPS Sales TIPS Members may make payments for TIPS Sales directly to Vendor, Vendor’s Authorized Reseller, or as otherwise agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement after receipt of the invoice and in compliance with applicable payment statutes.   • Payment of Monthly Bills 10.3.1 SECI shall pay the amount payable under the Monthly Xxxx/Supplementary Xxxx by the Due Date to such account of the SPD, as shall have been previously notified by the SPD in accordance with Article10.3.2 (iii) below.

  • Monthly Billing The electric service charge shall be computed in accordance with the monthly billing in the applicable standard service tariff. Customers receiving electric service under residential and small nonresidential schedules 1, 2, 3, 15, 23 or 23B shall be financially credited for such net energy with a cumulative kilowatt-hour credit. The credit will be deducted from the customer’s kilowatt-hour usage on the customer’s next monthly bill thus offsetting the customer’s next monthly bill at the full retail rate of the customer’s rate schedule. Customers receiving electric service under large nonresidential schedules 6, 6A, 6B, 8 or 10 must elect a compensation method to receive cumulative credits for the upcoming annualized billing period from one of the following options (large nonresidential customers must initial desired credit election): an average energy price, a seasonally differentiated energy price, or an average retail rate.
