Settlement Fund Administrator Costs. Any costs and fees associated with or arising out of the duties of the Settlement Fund Administrator as described in Exhibit L shall be paid from the interest accrued in the Settlement Fund Escrow and the Settlement Fund; provided, however, that if such accrued interest is insufficient to pay the entirety of any such costs and fees, Settling Distributors shall pay fifty percent (50%) of the additional amount and fifty percent (50%) shall be paid out of the Settlement Fund.
