Settlement Information Line. Within thirty (30) calendar days of the entry of the 4 Preliminary Approval Order and no later than the first date that the e-mailing or the mailing of the 5 Notice occurs, or as may be extended by the Court on application of the Parties, the Settlement 6 Administrator shall establish a toll-free telephone number to which Class Members can direct 7 questions about the Settlement. The Settlement Administrator shall develop a question-and- 8 answer-type script, with input and approval from Defendants’ Counsel and Class Counsel, for the 9 use of persons who answer calls to this line.
