Provided that the Consignor has received payment in full from the buyer, the Consignee will, within twenty-one (21) business days of receipt of payment from the buyer, pay to the Consignor the net proceeds after deduction of applicable sales commissions and any other amounts owing to the Consignee by the Consignor.
