Common use of SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS WITH MEMBERS WITHDRAWING Clause in Contracts

SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS WITH MEMBERS WITHDRAWING. The Fund shall be obligated to pay to a member withdrawing an amount equal to its quota, plus any other amounts due to it from the Fund, less any amounts due to the Fund, including charges accruing after the date of its withdrawal; but no payment shall be made until six months after the date of withdrawal. Payments shall be made in the currency of the withdrawing member.
