Temporary Suspension. JetBrains reserves the right to suspend Customer’s access to JetBrains Products if Customer or User’s use of Product is in violation of this Agreement or disrupts or imminently threatens the security, integrity, or availability of a Product.
Temporary Suspension. The President may temporarily suspend with pay an employee for reasons related to (a) the safety of persons or property, (b) the prevention of the disruption of programs and/or operation, or (c) investigation for formal notice of disciplinary action.
Temporary Suspension. 13.1. JetBrains reserves the right to suspend Customer’s access to JetBrains Products if:
(A) Customer fails to pay Subscription fees on time in accordance with Section 6;
(B) Customer or User’s use of Product is in violation of this Agreement or disrupts or imminently threatens the security, integrity, or availability of a Product.
13.2. If JetBrains suspends Customer’s access to Products for non-payment in accordance with Section 13.1(A), Customer must pay all past due amounts in order to resume access to Product.
13.3. If JetBrains suspends access to Product in accordance with Section 13.1, Customer agrees that JetBrains is entitled to charge Customer for the time period during which Customer has access to JetBrains Products until either access is restored in accordance with Section 13.2 or the Subscription is terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
Temporary Suspension a) The President may impose a temporary suspension on a faculty member pending the outcome of an investigation of allegations against the faculty member.
b) During a temporary suspension a faculty member may be relieved from some or all of his/her duties and may be deprived of some of his/her rights and privileges; but his or her salary should not be reduced or discontinued during the period of temporary suspension.
c) The period of a temporary suspension shall not normally be longer than sixty (60) days.
Temporary Suspension. JetBrains may suspend Subscriber’s right to use Service or any portion of Service immediately upon a notice to Subscriber if JetBrains determines that:
(i) Subscriber’s or User’s use of Service may adversely impact or poses security or legal risks to JetBrains, Service, Hosting System, or any third party;
(ii) Subscriber does not comply with the payment obligations under Section 7 of this Agreement;
(iii) Subscriber has ceased to operate in the ordinary course of business, made an assignment for the benefit of creditors or similar disposition of Subscriber’s assets, or become the subject of any bankruptcy, reorganization, liquidation, dissolution, or similar proceeding; or
(iv) Subscriber is using Subscription in violation of this Agreement.
Temporary Suspension a) The President may impose a temporary suspension on a librarian pending the outcome of an investigation into allegations against the librarian.
b) During a temporary suspension a librarian may be relieved from some or all of his/her duties and may be deprived of some or all of his/her rights and privileges; but his/her salary should not be reduced or discontinued during the period of temporary suspension.
c) The period of temporary suspension shall not normally be longer than sixty (60) days.
Temporary Suspension. The City may, by written notice, direct Consultant to suspend performance on all or any part of the Services for such period of time as may be determined by the City to be necessary or desirable for its convenience. If such suspension causes additional expense to Consultant in performance, and such additional expense is not due to fault or negligence of Consultant, the payment will be adjusted on the basis of actual costs resulting directly from the suspension, and the period for performance of the Services will be extended by mutual agreement. Any claim by Consultant for a price adjustment must be supported by appropriate documentation asserted promptly after Consultant has been notified to suspend performance.
Temporary Suspension. JetBrains may suspend Subscriber’s right to use Service or any portion of Service immediately upon a notice to Subscriber if JetBrains determines that:
(i) Subscriber’s or User’s use of Service may adversely impact or poses security or legal risks to JetBrains, Service, Hosting System, or any third party;
(ii) Subscriber has ceased to operate in the ordinary course of business, made an assignment for the benefit of creditors or similar disposition of Subscriber’s assets, or become the subject of any bankruptcy, reorganization, liquidation, dissolution, or similar proceeding; or
(iii) Subscriber is using Subscription in violation of this Agreement.
Temporary Suspension. DHCS shall temporarily suspend Provider under the following circumstances:
(1) Provider fails to disclose all information as required in federal Medicaid regulations or any other information required by DHCS, or discloses false information. Administrative appeal pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code, § 14043.65. (Welfare and Institutions Code, § 14043.2(a).)
(2) Provider is under investigation for fraud or abuse. Administrative appeal pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code, § 14043.65. (Welfare and Institutions Code, § 14043.36(a).)
(3) Provider fails to remediate discrepancies discovered as a result of an unannounced visit to Provider. Administrative appeal pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code, § 14043.65. (Welfare and Institutions Code, § 14043.7(c).)
(4) Prior to a hearing and when the director determines it is necessary to protect the public welfare or the interests of the Medi-Cal program. (Welfare and Institutions Code, §14123(c).)
(5) Provider submits claims for payment to the County or DHCS for the services, goods, supplies or merchandise provided, directly or indirectly, to a Medi-Cal beneficiary, by an individual or entity that is suspended, excluded or otherwise ineligible because of sanction to receive, directly or indirectly, reimbursement from the Medi-Cal program and the individual or entity is listed on the Suspended and Ineligible Provider List or any list published by the federal Office of the Inspector General or the Department of Health and Human Services. (6) Provider fails to comply with DHCS’ request to examine or receive copies of the books and records pertaining to services rendered to Medi-Cal beneficiaries. (Welfare and Institutions Code, § 14124.2)
Temporary Suspension. We may, without liability to you, suspend the service to the Products and all or some of your Users in the event the we deem, in good faith, suspension is necessary:
(a) following an actual, attempted, or aborted security breach or cyber-attack on us; (b) to protect our systems and their integrity; or (c) if required by a governmental or regulatory entity or law enforcement agency. We will notify you of the cause of the suspension to the extent and in the manner, that we provide a notification to all of our affected customers. The suspension will only remain in place for the minimum amount of time necessary to cure the cause of the suspension, if possible.
