SETTLEMENT OF BALANCE AMOUNT AND MARKETING FEE. HC Consumer Finance Philippines, Inc. can settle the Balance Amount on the Goods and/or Services (as defined in the Clause 1.3 of the Dealership Cooperation Agreement) to Dealer/Provider in one of the following ways: • Intra-bank online transfer through selected financial institutions • Manager’s cheques (cashier’s cheques) issued by Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
