Settlement of Insurance Claims. Make every effort to settle all claims in an expeditious and equitable manner. Provide the Commission with the name, address and telephone number of the person authorized to act on behalf of the Insurance Company for the project at the preconstruction conference. Promptly inform the Commission and the insurance company in writing, of any written or oral notification of an alleged claim.
