Settlement of Mallinckrodt Options. Mallinckrodt shall be responsible for all Liabilities associated with Mallinckrodt Options (regardless of the holder of such awards) including any option exercise, share delivery, registration or other obligations related to the exercise of the Mallinckrodt Options.
