Common use of Settlement of Payment Clause in Contracts

Settlement of Payment. SBL shall be compensated no later than sixty (60) days after a termination for: (i) all Service Fees incurred up to the date of termination including the Service Fees for completing the Manufacture of Product-in-process, subject however to Section 14.3.3(b) below; (ii) all costs incurred through the date of termination, including the costs of procuring Raw Materials used or purchased for use in connection with Services; and (iii) any unreimbursed procurement fee of additional equipment that SBL has purchased on behalf of Client pursuant to Section 4.4.
