Storage, Packaging and Shipping Container. (i) Pursuant to the terms of this MSA and any applicable PSA, and subject to the availability of space and storage conditions, SBL shall store the Products Manufactured hereunder for the maximum period of storage as set forth in 4.12.2(c)(iii) and Client shall pay storage fees to SBL as set forth in Section 8.1 until the actual delivery date. Client will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to take possession of Manufactured Product within the timeline set forth in the applicable PSA.   • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.
