Settlement of Units for Stock. The Company shall deliver to the Participant one share of Common Stock for each vested Restricted Stock Unit subject of this Award on the appropriate Delivery Date (as defined in Section 4(b)). The Company shall not have any obligation to settle this Award for cash.
