Restricted. A HCW/PSW level of provider in one of the State Provider Database Systems. A HCW/PSW with this level is restricted to working for a specific Consumer/Employer(s). The meaning of this designation for PSWs is to be defined by ODDS.

Restricted. No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any stormwater, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, uncontaminated cooling water, unpol-luted industrial process waters, cistern overflow or foundation drainage to any sanitary sewer.
Restricted. No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged the following described substances, materials, waters or wastes if it appears likely in the opinion of the engineer or plant superintendent that such wastes can harm either the sewers, wastewater treatment plant or equipment or have an adverse effect on the receiving stream, or can otherwise endanger life, limb, property or constitute a nuisance. In forming their opinions as to the acceptability of such wastes, the engineer and plant superintendent shall give consideration to the factors of the quantities of subject wastes in relation to flows and velocities in the sewers, materials of construction of the sewers, nature of the wastewater treatment process, capacity of the wastewater treatment plant, degree of treatability of wastes in the wastewater treatment plant and other pertinent factors: 1. Any liquid or vapor having a temperature higher than 150 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Any water or wastes containing fats, wax, grease, or oils, whether emulsified or not, in excess of 25 mg/l or containing substances which may solidify or become viscous at temperatures between 32 degrees and 150 degrees Fahrenheit. 3. Any commercial garbage that has not been properly shredded. The installation and operation of any commercial grinder equipped with a motor of one horsepower or greater shall be subject to the review and approval of the engineer or plant superintendent. A permit shall be obtained from the plumbing inspector prior to the installation of any such commercial garbage grinder unit. The fee for such permit shall be $2.00. 4. Any waters or wastes containing iron, chromium, copper, zinc and similar objectionable or toxic substances; or wastes exerting an excessive chlorine requirement, to such degree that any such material received in the composite sewage at the wastewater treatment plant exceeds limits established by the engineer or plant superintendent for such materials. 5. Any waters or wastes containing odor-producing substances in a concentration that exceeds limits which may be established by the board, or any waters or wastes which release obnoxious gases, form suspended solids which interfere with the collection system or create a condition deleterious to structures and treatment processes. 6. Any radioactive wastes or isotopes of such half-life or concentration as may exceed limits established by the engineer or plant superintendent in compliance with state or federal regulations. 7.
