Acceptance of an offer definition

Acceptance of an offer means awarding a contract to a supplier in response to a tender or price quotation submitted by that supplier;
Acceptance of an offer means that the young person intends to take up the offer. However, take-up (§27) is not guaranteed (e.g. in case that the young person finds a better offer or a training course is cancelled). A young person that accepts an offer may remain registered with the YG provider until he/she takes up the offer. During this waiting period he/she remains in the receive YG offer phase.

  • Acceptance of Tender means the letter or memorandum communicating to the supplier the acceptance of his offer (Tender) and shall include advance acceptance of his offer i.e. Letter of Intent or Rate Contract.

  • Offer means “proposals” in negotiation.

  • Offer Form means the Offer Form set out in Part 3 of this Tender Document;

  • Acceptance period, as used in this provision, means the number of calendar days available to the PHA/IHA for awarding a contract from the date specified in this solicitation for receipt of bids.
