Settlement Structure. The settlement shall be administered on a wholly claims- made basis. To receive any relief, Settlement Class Members, as defined below, must submit a Valid and Timely Claim to the Claims Administrator.
Settlement Structure. (a) A copy of the relevant notice of prepayment issued by CMP, the Borrower and SUNP (as the case may be) in respect of each Existing Facility, with the date of prepayment in each such notice specified as the Utilisation Date.

The settlement shall be administered upon the distribution of a non-reversionary Settlement Fund in the amount of $1,400,000 (One Million Four Hundred Thousand Dollars) on a claims-made basis. To receive any relief, Class Members, must submit a valid and timely claim to the Settlement Administrator to receive benefits from the Settlement Fund.
