Settlement System Administrator's consent. The Parties acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, insofar as directly affects in any material respect the rights, benefits, duties, responsibilities, liabilities and/or obligations of the Settlement System Administrator no amendment to or variation of any of the matters dealt with in any of the following provisions of this Agreement shall take effect:
