Common use of Severabilitv Clause in Contracts

Severabilitv. If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, then, to the extent possible, all of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall be binding upon the parties hereto.

Severabilitv. If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid determined to be invalid, illegal, in conflict with any law or otherwise unenforceable, then, to the extent possible, all of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall hereof will be considered severable and will not be affected thereby, and every remaining provision hereof will remain in full force and effect and shall be binding upon will remain enforceable to the parties heretofullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If In the event that any provision of the provisions of this Agreement is declared shall be held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then, to the extent possible, all of the remaining provisions of this Agreement portions hereof shall remain in full force and effect and such provision shall be binding upon enforced to the parties heretomaximum extent possible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and shall in no way be affected, impaired or invalidated.
