Common use of Severabilitv Clause in Contracts

Severabilitv. If any term, provision or condition, or any part thereof, of this Agreement shall for any reason be found or held invalid or unenforceable by any court or governmental authority of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remainder of such term, provision or condition nor any other term, provision or condition, and this Agreement shall survive and be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable term, provision or condition had not been contained therein.

Severabilitv. If any term, provision or condition, or any part thereof, provisions of this Agreement shall for any reason be found or held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court or governmental authority of competent jurisdictionunenforceable, such the invalidity or unenforceability uncnforceability shall not affect the remainder of such term, provision or condition nor any other term, provision or conditionthis Agreement, and this Agreement shall survive and be construed and enforced consistent with its express purposes as if such invalid or unenforceable term, provision or condition had not been contained thereinin this Agreement.

Severabilitv. If any term, provision or condition, of this Agreement or any part thereof, of this Agreement thereof shall for any reason be found or held to be invalid or unenforceable by in any court respect, then such invalid or governmental authority of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remainder of such term, unenforceable provision or condition nor any part shall be severable and severed from this Agreement and the other term, provision or condition, and provisions of this Agreement shall survive remain in effect and be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable term, provision or condition part had not never been contained thereinherein.
