Severability and Operation of Law. If any provision of this Agreement is prohibited by the laws of any jurisdiction as those laws apply to this Agreement, that provision shall be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition and/or shall be modified to conform with such laws, without invalidating the remaining provisions hereto.

  • Severability and Modification of Any Unenforceable Covenant It is the parties’ intent that each of the Covenants be read and interpreted with every reasonable inference given to its enforceability.
