Severability Oddělitelnost jednotlivých ustanovení. 20.1 If any term or condition of this Agreement, the deletion of which would not adversely affect the receipt of any material benefit by a party hereunder, shall be held illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby and such terms and conditions shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Severability Oddělitelnost jednotlivých ustanovení. 15.4.1 The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall in no way affect enforcement of any other provision of this Agreement. Neplatnost nebo nevymahatelnost kteréhokoli z ustanovení této smlouvy nijak neovlivní vymahatelnost kteréhokoli jiného ustanovení této smlouvy.
