Common use of Severability; Survival of Terms Clause in Contracts

Severability; Survival of Terms. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable, this Agreement nevertheless shall remain in full force and effect and the provision shall be stricken. All provisions concerning indemnity survive the termination of this Agreement for any cause.
