Common use of Severability; Waivers Clause in Contracts

Severability; Waivers. Executive agrees that if any provision of this Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable, that such provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to comply with the law, or if necessary stricken, but the parties agree that the remainder of this Agreement shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement or any part thereof shall be deemed a waiver of any other terms or conditions of this Agreement or of any later breach of this Agreement.
