Severability; Waivers. Each provision of this Agreement shall be severable from every other provision of this Agreement for the purpose of determining the legal enforceability of any provision. No waiver by the Lender of any of its rights or remedies in connection with this Agreement shall be effective unless such waiver is in writing and signed by the Lender. No act or omission by Lender to exercise a right as to any event shall be construed as continuing, or as a waiver or release of, any subsequent right, remedy or recourse as to a subsequent event.
