Common use of Severability; Waivers Clause in Contracts

Severability; Waivers. No agreements or understandings are binding on the parties unless set forth in writing and signed by the parties. Any provision of this Agreement and each Lease which for any reason may be held unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective without invalidating the remaining provisions of this Agreement and each Lease.
