Severablilty Sample Clauses

Severablilty. If any provision of this Lease or the application of any provision of this Lease to any person or circumstance shall to any extent be invalid, the remainder of this Lease or the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid shall not be affected thereby. Each provision of this Lease shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
