Common use of SEVERABLITY Clause in Contracts

SEVERABLITY. If any part of this Agreement is determined by competent public authority or court to be contrary to the laws or regulations of any application jurisdiction, then such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be severed from this Agreement; however, such determination shall not in any way affect the validity of any other provisions of this Agreement.
