Permission to Enter. Consent is given to the Town of Wasaga Beach, its employees and authorized representatives to enter onto the above noted property, solely for the purpose of obtaining information to assist in the evaluation of this application. The owner acknowledges that employees or authorized representatives of the Town may enter onto the subject property at any reasonable time and only for the purposes set out above. Permission to Enter. Only upon written request by APL, and after execution of a signed Right of Entry Agreement, UP may permit APL or its contractor to enter onto UP property at UP origins and UP destinations to bring personnel, material and equipment onto that property, and to perform repairs to Containers, Chassis, and Stack Cars on that property. This permission, if granted, shall be in writing and shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Except when considered necessary by the Owner to effect repairs and perform maintenance, neither the Owner nor its employees, agents or contractors will enter the Home unless the Resident or a responsible person designated by Resident in writing is present during the normal working hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. The permission extended to Owner under this section is in addition to the right of Owner to reenter to show the Home to prospective residents as set forth above. The Home is located within exclusive federal jurisdiction of the United States and therefore under military control, which includes the Installation Commander's inherent authority and obligation to ensure good order and discipline. As such, the Installation Commander has the right and power to inspect, search and/or order the inspection or search of military persons and property within the family housing areas of Fort Xxxxx. Permission to Enter. The Landlord or its authorized representative may enter the Premises at all reasonable times for the purposes of inspection of the Premises and the Tenant’s compliance with this Lease.

Seller as part of the prior Right of Entry Agreement and within the Due Diligence Period hereby grants permission to Buyer to enter onto the Property to undertake inspections and investigations regarding the Property, which may include, but not be limited to, a physical inspection of the Property as well as any and all improvements, and as deemed reasonably necessary, a Phase I environmental assessment (scope to be determined by Buyer) at Buyer’s expense. Buyer may choose and retain its inspectors without seeking approval of Seller. However, Buyer shall not undertake any invasive testing, such as drilling or trenching, without Seller’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Seller harmless for, from, and against any personal injury and property damage claims arising out of Buyer’s exercise of the rights granted by this paragraph. This indemnity shall survive the Closing or the cancellation of this Agreement.

Permission to Enter. The City hereby grants permission to Artist (including its officers, employees, and agents) to enter the Premises in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, for the purpose of installing, maintaining, repairing, displaying and removing the Artwork.

The Department confers on GBD a revocable, personal, unassignable, non-exclusive and non- possessory privilege to enter upon and use the Property owned by City for the limited purpose of documenting existing conditions at the Property, holding community meetings, providing design project management support and construction project management support, subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth in this Agreement. The Agreement gives GBD a license only, revocable at any time at the will of the City, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, this Agreement does not constitute a grant by City of any ownership, leasehold, easement or other property interest or estate whatsoever in the Property, or any portion thereof.
