Severabílity lf any provisions in this MSA or any documents executed in connection with this MSA are found to be invaiid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdictlon, then the validity, legality and enforceabílity in that jurisdiction of the remaining provisions contained in this MSA or such other documents will not in any way be affected or impaired, and the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the intent of the Parties. lf any provision of this MSA or any Service Order is void, but would be enforceable if any part of the provisíon was deleted, the provision in question will apply with such deletion, but only to the extent that the meaning of the provision is not altered by that deletion.
