Several and Not Joint; Limited Liability. (a) Notwithstanding anything herein or in any other Loan Document to the contrary, or any document or instrument executed and delivered in connection herewith, the parties hereto agree that the obligations, liabilities and indemnities of each Lender hereunder shall be several and not joint, and no Lender shall have any liability hereunder for any breach by any other Lender of any obligation of such Lender set forth herein or in any other Loan Document.
