Several, Not Joint, Obligations. The duties, responsibilities and obligations of each Fund Company and each Fund pursuant to this Agreement shall be several and not joint with any other Fund Company or Fund. In no event shall any one Fund Company or Fund be responsible for obligations of another Fund Company or Fund.
