Several, Not Joint, Obligations. The representations, warranties, covenants and other obligations of the Backstop Parties under this Agreement are, in all respects, several and not joint or joint and several, such that no Backstop Party shall be liable or otherwise responsible for any representations, warranties, covenants or other obligations of any other Backstop Party, or any breach or violation thereof.
