Severalty of Obligations. The obligations of the Banks hereunder are several. No failure by any Bank to perform its obligations hereunder shall relieve any other Bank of its obligations hereunder, and no Bank shall be responsible for the performance of any other Bank's obligations hereunder or for any action taken or omitted by any other Bank hereunder.
