Severalty of Obligations. The obligations under this Agreement of each Party are the separate and several obligations of that Party and are not joint obligations with respect to any other Person. No failure by any Party to perform its obligations under this Agreement shall relieve any other Party of any of its obligations hereunder, and no Party shall be responsible or liable for the obligations of, or any action taken or omitted to be taken by, any other Party hereunder.
