Severance Benefits Upon Certain Terminations Following a Change in Control. Except in the event of termination of Executive’s employment (i) due to Executive’s death or Disability, (ii) due to Executive’s voluntary resignation or termination, in either case without Good Reason, (iii) by the Company for Cause, or (iv) prior to a Change in Control under the circumstances and within the time limits provided in Section 6, and subject to the Waiver and Release requirement described in Section 6(d) and the forfeiture provision in Section 16, Executive’s right to compensation and benefits for periods after the Termination Date and after a Change in Control shall be determined in accordance with this Section 7, as follows:
