Severance Benefits Upon Triggering Event. Upon a Triggering Event, and provided that the Executive satisfies the conditions precedent set forth in Sections 4.1 and 4.2 hereof, the Corporation shall (in addition to any compensation or benefits to which the Executive may otherwise be entitled under any other agreement, plan or arrangement with the Corporation, other than amounts excluded by Section 6.2) pay the Executive the following amounts and provide the Executive with the following benefits:
